On November 5–6, the Kaseya Center in Miami will host the America Business Forum (ABF) for the first time in the United States — one of the most relevant gatherings for discussions on economy, culture, and innovation. Founded in 2016, the forum arrives in the U.S. after nine editions in Latin America and more than 300,000 attendees, establishing itself as a unique space for dialogue between political power, business vision, and cultural influence.

The lineup underscores the global scale of the event: President Donald Trump, Lionel Messi, and Javier Milei, the president of Argentina, headline a roster that also includes María Corina Machado, recently honored with the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize. They will be joined by business and cultural leaders such as Jamie Dimon (JPMorgan Chase), Will Smith, Rafael Nadal, Gianni Infantino (FIFA), Stefano Domenicali (Formula 1), Eric Schmidt (former CEO, Google), Ken Griffin (Citadel), and Adam Neumann (WeWork and Flow).

Together, they form a cross-section of influence rarely seen on the same stage — a reflection of Miami’s growing role as a global hub where politics, technology, and culture converge.

The conversations, in interview and panel formats, will explore key topics of this decade: leadership, technological innovation, disruption of economic models, and the role of culture as a driver of global influence.

For Mayor Francis Suarez, who chairs the event’s board, hosting the ABF is a symbolic milestone for the city. “This is a prelude to 2026, when Miami will host the G20 Summit and FIFA World Cup matches,” he said. “The city is living a historic moment of global repositioning.”

MIAMI: A POINT OF CONVERGENCE BETWEEN THE AMERICAS

The choice of Miami as host reflects the city’s ongoing transformation. In recent years, South Florida has become a true intersection of technology, finance, and culture—attracting global companies, investment funds, and a new generation of entrepreneurs.

By hosting the America Business Forum, the city reinforces its role as a convergence point between North and South, a hub of ideas linking New York and São Paulo, Silicon Valley and Buenos Aires. The combination of business leaders, athletes, artists, and heads of state captures the essence of the forum: a multifaceted portrait of contemporary leadership.

The 2025 edition also stands out for featuring two Argentine figures who embody distinct forms of influence: President Javier Milei, elected under a liberal reformist banner, and Lionel Messi, a global sports icon whose impact in Miami extends well beyond soccer.

With an estimated 250,000 Argentines living in South Florida, it is one of the region’s largest diasporas. Since Messi’s arrival at Inter Miami in 2023, the Argentine presence has become even more visible—not only in stadiums but across the local economy. Restaurants, shops, and cultural businesses tied to Argentina have seen steady growth, fueling a renewed sense of community identity.

The America Business Forum positions itself as a venue for listening and reflection in a time of rapid transformation. In an era when the boundaries between politics, technology, and culture grow increasingly fluid, Miami—with its global character—emerges as the natural setting for these conversations.
