Initiative connects members to one of the main innovation gatherings in the U.S. and to discussions on how AI is reshaping companies and leadership.

April marks one of the most important weeks for the technology and innovation ecosystem in South Florida: Miami Tech Week. The city hosts a series of events, gatherings and conferences that bring together founders, investors, executives and technology leaders from across the U.S. and Latin America — reinforcing Miami’s role as one of the fastest-growing tech hubs in the world.
As part of this agenda, Experience Club US will participate for the first time in eMerge Americas, one of the leading global technology conferences, with a dedicated space at the event on April 24. Founded in 2014, eMerge has become a key platform connecting global companies, startups, investors and public sector leaders, positioning Miami as a bridge between the North American and Latin American innovation ecosystems.
The event brings together more than 20,000 decision-makers from over 60 countries, consolidating its role as one of the main meeting points for technology, business and innovation in the Americas.
On the same day, Experience Club US will host an exclusive members-only event, in partnership with the Miami Downtown Development Authority, featuring Ian Beacraft — one of the most talked-about speakers at SXSW 2026.
Designing companies in the age of AI
Beacraft, CEO of Signal and Cipher, a consultancy focused on the future of work in the age of artificial intelligence, drew a full audience at SXSW with his session “How to Design a Company That AI Can’t Outpace.” His central argument is that the main challenge companies face with AI is not the technology itself, but organizational structure. In his view, companies can automate tasks, generate content and optimize processes, but if decision-making structures and organizational design remain the same, productivity gains tend to be limited.
He presented a three-level framework to help organizations understand their stage in AI adoption: Operating (using AI to execute tasks), Designing (building systems that solve entire classes of problems) and Architecting (embedding company values and decision-making logic into AI-driven systems and agents).
The initiative is part of EXP Club’s mission to connect its members with global trends, influential thinkers and strategic discussions that are shaping the future of business, technology and society.
