Experience Club US announces Executive Retreat at The Colony Palm Beach

The private weekend, scheduled for August 22–23, will bring together a selected group of founders, investors, and senior executives for leadership conversations and curated relationship-building.

Experience Club US will host an Executive Retreat at The Colony Palm Beach on August 22 and 23. Conceived as a private weekend for a selected group of senior members and guests, the experience will combine thought leadership, premium hospitality, and carefully curated opportunities for relationship-building.

Rather than following the scale-driven logic of conventional networking events, the retreat was designed around a more focused proposition: creating the right environment for deeper conversations among decision-makers.

The group will bring together 20 members of the Experience Club network, including founders, investors, C-level executives, and senior business leaders. The limited format is intentional. The objective is to create room for exchanges that benefit from time, trust, and a more relaxed setting.

A Palm Beach landmark as the setting

The retreat will take place at The Colony Palm Beach, an iconic boutique hotel located steps from Worth Avenue.

Known for its distinctive “Pink Paradise” aesthetic, its design-forward identity, and its history connected to fashion, wellness, and luxury brands, The Colony offers an atmosphere that combines the refinement of a Palm Beach landmark with the informal rhythm of a contemporary social club.

The venue is an integral part of the experience. Its scale, hospitality, and location create a setting where professional conversations can unfold with fewer distractions and greater proximity among guests.

Two conversations at the center of the agenda

The Saturday program will begin with a welcome brunch, followed by two curated panels.

The first, Wealth, Capital & Legacy, will explore themes related to wealth creation and preservation, the family office mindset, alternative investments, global capital, philanthropy, legacy, and next-generation leadership.

The second, High Luxury, Taste & Influence, will examine the transformation of the luxury market and the changing preferences of its consumers. The conversation will address hospitality, fashion, art, design, wellness, cultural relevance, and Palm Beach’s role as a signal of broader shifts in the luxury economy.

A cocktail reception will close the afternoon program. Guests will then have a free evening, with a curated selection of restaurant recommendations.

On Sunday, an included breakfast will create a final moment for conversations and follow-ups in a lighter setting before departure. This second day is an important part of the concept: rather than concentrating every interaction into a single afternoon, the retreat extends the experience across a full weekend.
