2025 in Review: Experience Club US Expands Its Role in Global Leadership Conversations

With an advisory board, and a year of curated events, the business club strengthened its position at the intersection of business, technology, and culture.

In 2025, Experience Club US consolidated a new stage of its presence in the American market. The year was marked by the creation of an advisory board focused on companies entering the U.S., and a dense agenda of curated experiences. Together, these initiatives reinforced the Club’s role as a connector between business leaders, innovation-driven discussions, and global cultural movements — spanning technology, artificial intelligence, cities, sports, and leadership.

Based in Miami — a city increasingly recognized as a global hub for entrepreneurship, technology, and culture — Experience Club US continued to strengthen its position as a bridge between Brazil, the United States, and international business networks, combining institutional structure with high-level relationship building.

A strategic move in 2025 was the partnership with The Moore, one of Miami’s most iconic spaces in the Design District. More than a venue, The Moore became the Club’s official home for content-driven events, reinforcing a positioning that blends business, lifestyle, and culture. The partnership also introduced a new membership category, combining Experience Club benefits with access to The Moore’s infrastructure — reflecting the Club’s belief that meaningful connections are shaped by the environments where they occur.

This institutional evolution was further reinforced by the launch of the Experience Club US Advisory Board, created in response to the growing demand from Brazilian entrepreneurs expanding into the U.S. market. Regulatory complexity, cultural differences, and operational challenges often slow expansion efforts and increase risk. The Advisory Board brings together eight senior specialists with extensive experience operating in the United States, offering structured guidance through an initial assessment followed by working sessions focused on strategy and execution.

“The key differentiator is that everyone on the board has years of hands-on experience doing business in the U.S., which allows us to bring real-world insights — including wins and mistakes — to the table,” says Flávio Pripas, partner at Experience Club US. “The model helps entrepreneurs address critical questions around market entry, operations, and scale with greater clarity and speed.”

A year of curated experiences and leadership conversations

Alongside its institutional strengthening, Experience Club US maintained a consistent agenda of experiences designed to connect leaders around the most relevant global themes. The year opened in February with the Members Kick-off at The Club at The Moore, where members and partners were introduced to a strategic calendar combining global missions, summits, and immersive gatherings.

In March, Experience Club US led its mission to SXSW once again in partnership with PROS. Bringing together 110 executives, the experience transformed the world’s largest innovation festival into a strategic immersion, combining high-level content with exclusive networking moments across Austin. With the 2025 edition concluded, preparations are already underway for the SXSW 2026 Mission, which will be the Club’s fourth year leading this experience.

Technology and artificial intelligence remained central themes throughout the year. During Miami Tech Week, Experience Club US hosted futurist Ian Beacraft for a private session at The Moore, bringing together a curated group of leaders for an in-depth conversation on artificial intelligence, foresight, and responsibility. Beacraft emphasized the connection between present decisions and long-term impact, reinforcing the idea that leadership plays an active role in shaping the future.

This focus continued in October with a special edition of the C-Suite Series, featuring futurist Neil Redding. Speaking to senior executives, Redding explored how organizations can move beyond experimentation and begin integrating artificial intelligence into operations, culture, and customer experience. His message highlighted that successful AI adoption depends as much on leadership alignment and cultural readiness as on technology itself.

The Club also strengthened its role as a bridge between Brazil and the United States during Brazil Week in New York. In partnership with G4 Educação, Experience Club US hosted an exclusive gathering bringing together leaders such as Fabricio Bloisi (Prosus), Guilherme Benchimol (XP Inc.), and Henrique Dubugras (Brex) for a private discussion on leadership, scale, and global expansion. Held on the same day Bloisi was honored as Person of the Year by the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, the event reinforced the importance of environments that elevate decision-making through peer exchange.

Miami’s transformation as a global city emerged as a recurring theme throughout the year. In June, members gathered for an exclusive preview of Miami Freedom Park, a project that brings together sports, urban development, and economic activation as part of the city’s long-term vision. That same perspective shaped Game On, Miami 2026, a conversation that explored how sports are increasingly driving innovation, investment, and cultural relevance as the city prepares to host major global events such as the FIFA World Cup.

In August, the C-Suite Miami Leadership Summit, held in partnership with the Miami Downtown Development Authority, addressed the city’s rapid transformation. Executives from transportation, real estate, health, and communications shared perspectives on how public policy, private investment, and talent attraction are converging to reshape Downtown Miami as a business and innovation hub.

The year concluded during Art Week 2025 with the Experience Club Art Week Dinner, held at the historic Vanderbilt Mansion on Fisher Island. In a setting defined by proximity and simplicity, members and guests gathered for an evening centered on conversation, reconnection, and reflection. Sponsored by Safra National Bank, Bentley South Beach, Delta Airlines, AMG Agency, and Meta Development, the dinner marked the close of a cycle and set the tone for what begins to take shape in 2026.

“2025 was a year of consolidation for Experience Club US. Rather than simply expanding our calendar, we focused on building structure, clarity, and long-term relevance — bringing leaders together around conversations that shape how business is built and decisions are made. Our role is not just to host events, but to curate experiences that connect ideas, people, and context,” says Marcelo Goulart, CEO of Experience Club US.
