Experience Club US will gather physicians, researchers and entrepreneurs on September 17 for a morning focused on prevention, performance, metabolic health and the science shaping longer, healthier lives.

Longevity is no longer just about living longer. The conversation now centers on how people can preserve health, cognition, mobility and performance over time, connecting advances in preventive medicine, nutrition, neuroscience, metabolic health and emerging therapies.
That broader view will guide the Experience Club Longevity Forum Miami 2026, taking place on September 17, from 9 a.m. to noon, under the theme The Future of Health, Science and Human Longevity. The event reflects Experience Club US’s effort to bring subjects that are increasingly influencing both personal decisions and business conversations to its South Florida community.
The Experience Club Longevity Forum Miami 2026 is supported by Baptist Health, Delta, Wheels Up, Miami Downtown Development Authority, Delano Residences & Hotel Miami and AMG.
The lineup reflects the multidisciplinary nature of the field.

Dr. Carlos A. Torre, founder of yENTi Group, is triple board-certified in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery, sleep medicine and obesity medicine, with work connecting sleep, breathing, nutrition and wellness.
Dr. Michelle Pearlman, CEO and co-founder of Prime Institute in Coral Gables, specializes in gastroenterology, obesity medicine, clinical nutrition and menopause care. Her work focuses on metabolic health, body composition and healthy aging, while also exploring the relationship between nutrition, gastrointestinal symptoms and GLP-1 therapies through ByteMD.
Dr. Ravi Ganesh, Medical Director for Concierge Medicine at Baptist Health South Florida, focuses on early detection and prevention of chronic conditions. He is board-certified in internal medicine, obesity medicine and lifestyle medicine.
Also joining the forum is Priscila Hawthorne, founder and CEO of The Maximum Life, a Miami-based longevity and preventive medicine practice. Her work sits at the intersection of longevity medicine, hospitality, luxury real estate and wealth management.
Neuroscience and artificial intelligence will be represented by Dr. David S. Filippi, a neurologist and intelligence researcher with more than three decades of experience in clinical neuroscience. As founder of RightSide AI, he explores biological and artificial intelligence and AI applications for health and decision-making.
The lineup also includes Ksenia Petrushkina, PhD, PA-C, whose work at Ideal Medical & Wellness focuses on preventive medicine, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies and longevity science.
Dr. Jonathann Kuo, founder and CEO of Extension Health, works with precision medicine and peptide protocols across metabolic health, recovery and performance, combining emerging therapeutics with evidence-based clinical practice.
Completing the medical lineup is Dr. Gavin Ajami, founder of KINESIS, whose background spans internal medicine, rehabilitation, sports medicine and interventional pain management, with experience working with professional athletes from the NBA, NFL and PGA.
The forum will be moderated by Stephen Brudzewski, founder of Feel Peptides and Feelrx, whose career combines experience in healthcare companies including Stryker and Pfizer Oncology with more than a decade as an entrepreneur.
Rather than treating longevity as a single medical specialty, the forum will connect prevention, sleep, metabolism, hormones, neuroscience, regenerative medicine, performance and technology. That intersection is becoming increasingly relevant in South Florida as healthcare, wellness, hospitality and high-end lifestyle businesses converge around demand for healthier aging.
