Our 4th SXSW Mission Will Bring 120 Top Executives for an Immersive Experience of Content, Networking, and Innovation

SXSW, the world’s leading festival for creativity, technology, and culture, will celebrate its 40th edition in 2026 with a reimagined format: for the first time ever, the Conference, Film & TV Festival, and Music Festival will run concurrently over seven days and nights — from March 12 to 18 — in Austin, Texas. This change, combined with the complete renovation of the Austin Convention Center, which will remain closed until 2029, will transform the participant experience.
To ensure executives are part of this historic moment, Experience Club US, in partnership with PROS, announces its 4th SXSW Mission, bringing together 120 top executives for an exclusive immersion at the epicenter of global trends.
CURATED AGENDA, CONNECTIONS, AND PREMIUM CONTENT
The Experience Club + PROS mission includes an exclusive schedule during the festival, featuring happy hours, private dinners, and strategic meetups at Austin’s most vibrant venues. Participants also receive a Platinum-level badge, granting priority access to the most in-demand sessions — including Keynotes and Featured Sessions — early access to brand activations, and entry to exclusive lounges designed for networking and recharging between activities.

In addition to the in-person experience, participants will benefit from daily coverage, including video highlights, curated insights, and commentary on the most impactful talks — designed to amplify learnings and generate actionable knowledge for their companies.

Since 2023, the Experience Club + PROS partnership has taken groups of executives to SXSW, guiding them from theme selection to post-event amplification. For 2026, this will be the largest group ever taken by Experience Club US, reinforcing the club’s role as a bridge between business leaders and the global innovation stage.
