Miami Art Week 2025: A local guide for the days of art, culture, business, and style

Miami Art Week (Dec 1–7) is back — and once again, the city becomes something far

bigger than a global event. It becomes a frequency. A mood. A different way of moving through South Florida.

During these days, the city runs hotter, louder, sharper, and more connected. Art Basel Miami Beach and the dozens of satellite fairs transform Miami into one of the world’s most influential destinations for contemporary art, digital culture, technology, and high-end creativity. Collectors, investors, founders, curators, celebrities, designers, technologists, and cultural leaders from more than 40 countries land here not just to see art — but to do business, build relationships, set trends, and tap into the energy only Miami produces.

In 2025, Art Basel celebrates its 23rd edition with hundreds of galleries and expanded programming dedicated to digital art, immersive installations, and the frontier where creativity meets innovation. Across every neighborhood — from the Design District to Wynwood, South Beach to the Grove — Miami Art Week becomes a living map of fairs, pop-ups, private salons, brand activations, and spontaneous collisions between people who shape culture.

And that’s where this guide comes in.

Curated for members and partners of Experience Club US, this is the Real Local Guide — no clichés, no tourist tips. Just the places, moments, and atmospheres where Miami’s creative, entrepreneurial, and global tribes meet.

The Moore — Design District

The District’s creative brain continues to expand, and The Moore is where the city’s best minds orbit this year. Expect smart talks, private cocktails, and a weeklong flow of art programming that feels distinctly Miami. Bonus: the debut of Massimo Bottura’s Torno Subito and The Rooftop at The Moore — both launching during Art Week and instantly becoming reservations everyone will chase.

Soho Beach House — Miami Beach

If you know, you know. The daytime DJs, the panels, the artist mixers — but the secret sauce is the annual Soho Beach Tent, built right on the sand exclusively for Art Week. It’s a global collision of members from Soho Houses around the world, all blending into a single, surreal beachfront rhythm.

Faena District — Collins & 32nd

Faena always arrives cinema-ready. Outdoor installations, unexpected performances, the most stylish crowd in town. Bounce between Faena Theater, Saxony Bar, and whatever spontaneous spectacle appears on the red-striped shoreline.

Wynwood After Dark

When the galleries close, Wynwood wakes up. Underground art parties, unannounced DJ sets, brand pop-ups, and the city’s most interesting locals. You won’t find a program — this is where you follow the sound and the people.

  • The Standard Spa — sunsets, wellness, and a crowd that always feels “early to the future.”

  • W South Beach — lobby art and influencers everywhere.

  • The Setai — the ultra-high-net-worth orbit.

Art & Fairs — Curated, Not Exhaustive

Private Events & Music

With more than 80,000 visitors in town for Art Week, the city is full of artists, collectors, curators, fashion people, celebrities, and a consistently high-end audience. That also means the most memorable nights often happen at private events: brand takeovers, invite-only parties in mansions, and curated experiences for top clients and guests.

For large-scale music and nightlife, a few things already on the radar:

  • Circoloco Pop-Up in Miami – Five days with names like Tiësto, Vintage Culture, Sofi Tukker, Mestiza, Steve Angello.

  • Black Coffee Open Air – At the downtown Courthouse.

  • Club Space – With Solomun, Butch, Differ, Max Stern and many more across the week.

Local Logistics — Because Miami Has Its Own Rules

  • Avoid driving to Miami Beach after 2 PM.

  • Expect Uber surges from 7–11 PM.

  • Keep evenings flexible — the best invitations often arrive late.

  • New this year: the City of Miami is offering a free water taxi during Art Basel week to help ease traffic between Miami and Miami Beach.

ree

For our members, Friday night is the Art Week Dinner — now in its fourth edition — where we invest time, care, and intention to create one of the most meaningful evenings of the year. It’s our closing event after more than ten gatherings in 2025, supported by Delta Airlines, Safra National Bank, Bentley Hotel, and AMG Agency.

The Art Week Dinner gathers the right constellation of people in the historic Vanderbilt Mansion on Fisher Island: founders, investors, creators, executives, and friends in an atmosphere of rare presence and genuine connection.
